Weight Loss Tips for the New Year
Well a new year is here and it’s time to evaulate your weight loss goals once again. Whether you want to just shed a few pounds or transform your body entirely, here are some ten easy tips to succeed this year.
- Set a goal and write it on paper – Lose 10 pounds. Lose my fat gut. Whatever your goal is write it down!
- Figure out your calorie deficit and plan meals around that.
- Count calories! You have to get scientific about it to succeed.
- Do cardio at least 4 times a week for 30 minute sessions .
- Mix in some weight training using free weights for all body parts.
- Make sure you are drinking plenty of water everyday.
- Cut out fast food from your diet and all soda. (It’s tough but necessary).
- Do your workouts first thing in the morning to attack fat.
- Get a workout partner to do cardio or weights with.
- Increase your protein intake by eating more lean meat and supplementing with protein shakes.
